For this reason we cannot guarantee the growth and survival of your Bonsai past the delivery to your door. We do our best to ensure the material we ship is well packaged and in excellent condition. If this is not the case when your Bonsai arrives, please let us know and we will correct this to the best of our ability. We also strive to provide you with tutorials, instructions and help in every stage of your Bonsai journey. Always happy to answer any questions you may have.
