The Red Lava Rock was the perfect size for the base mixture of Bonsai soil.
Unfortunately, you still have to sift it once it is out of the bag.
Mix with 1/4 Akadama, 1/4 Pumice, 1/4 Bark shreds and you have the perfect soil mixture.

A fine young acer!
The young acer that was sent to me was quite healthy and strong looking. Much better quality than the greenhouses around my area at a price I couldn't say "no" to. There is truly a lot of love that went into the care of these trees and it shows.

Chinese Elm is growing along nicely
I purchased a young Chinese Elm back in September and it was delivered in solid packaging. The elm was quite nice and although its lost allot of its leaves, which is normal due to the new environment, it has since grown new leaves and other ones are budding along. Support is friendly, responsive and helpful with questions I had. I have have since bought other items like a young Juniper, substrate, pot and akadama clay. All good quality.

For this reason we cannot guarantee the growth and survival of your Bonsai past the delivery to your door. We do our best to ensure the material we ship is well packaged and in excellent condition. If this is not the case when your Bonsai arrives, please let us know and we will correct this to the best of our ability. We also strive to provide you with tutorials, instructions and help in every stage of your Bonsai journey. Always happy to answer any questions you may have.
For this reason we cannot accept returns of live plants after delivery.
